Q. Where are you located and how do I get there?
A. Golden Village Palms RV Resort is located at 3600 W. Florida Ave. Hemet CA 92545. For general information and reservations, call (951) 925-2518 or (866) 477-6154.
Directions:
- From Interstate 10: Exit Highway 79 South (Beaumont Exit), South for 15 miles (79 South turns into Sanderson Ave.) Right on Highway 74 West (Florida Ave.) for 1 block. Right on Golden Village.
- From Interstate 215: Exit Winchester Road North for 15 miles. Right on Highway 74 East (Florida Ave.) for 6 miles. Left at Golden Village.
Q. What time is Check In/Out Time?
A. Check in time is 1:00pm. Check Out time is 12:00 noon. Please notify the office prior to 12:00pm/noon if you plan to stay longer.
Q. What is the weather like in Hemet?
A. Hemet Valley is known for its beautiful sunshine year round. The Chamber of Commerce boasts of 342 days of sunshine a year! Winter temperatures are in the high 70’s or low 80’s with mild evenings in the high 40’s. Summertime temperatures range from the 80’s to low 100’s with pleasant evenings. Hemet Weather Forecast
Q. What is the golf like in Hemet?
A. Golf is the number one activity for guests at Golden Village Palms RV Resort with nearly a dozen, reasonably-priced courses between 5 to 30 minutes away. We have organized golf programs for both men and women from November through March and are open to everyone regardless of handicap levels. In addition to organized programs, guests have the option of playing on their own at any of the area’s golf courses; many offer special discounts for staying with us at Golden Village Palms RV Resort.
Q. What are some of the amenities at your Resort?
A. Golden Village Palms RV Resort is a luxury Resort with: three heated Pools and Spas, a state of the art Fitness Center, Library, Computer Center with free internet access, Full Activity Calendar, Billiards Room with six full size tables and one snooker table, eight-lane Indoor Shuffleboard Pavilion, immaculately clean card operated Laundry Facility, and handicap accessible Restrooms and Shower Facilities open 24 hours. Q. Do you have Pull-Thru sites?
A. Yes! We have 65 Pull-Thru sites with full hook-ups available for short term stays.
Q. What are the restrictions on age and size of RV at your Resort?
A. We accept all self-contained Motor coaches, 5th-Wheels, and Travel Trailers, Long-term stay RV’s are subject to management approval.
Q. How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A. During our peak season we have limited availability and we recommend making your reservation as early as possible. Not only will this reservation reserve space, but will lock in the current rate, should we have a rate increase. Make a Reservation Online
Q. How do I reserve if I am not sure of an arrival date?
A. Our front desk staff can always make a reservation with an approximate arrival date, and as your stay get closer you can call and make changes to your reservation.
Q. Are you open all year?
A. Yes! We are open for reservations 12 months a year.
Q. Do you require a deposit to make a reservation?
A. No! When making your reservation we will ask for a Visa or MasterCard number, however, we do not charge until check-in and there is no advance deposit necessary.
Q. Do you have a referral program?
A. Yes! For each month that a new guest stays you receive a $25.00 per month rent credit. There is no limit on the number of people you can refer so theoretically you can stay here rent free! Certain restrictions apply please contact the front desk for more information.
Q. What is your cancellation fee?
A. For reservation without an advance deposit there is no penalty for cancellation. For reservations with an advance deposit there is only a $25.00 processing fee and the remainder of the deposit is refunded.
Q. Are families welcome?
A. Golden Village Palms RV Resort is for Active Adults.
Q. Are pets welcome?
A. Yes we are pet friendly! Pets must be kept on a maximum 6’ leash at all times when outside of your RV. Owners must clean-up after pets. Bags are available at our designated pet walking areas. Pets can not be left unattended inside or outside the RV at any time during your stay. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. No aggressive breeds allowed.
Q. Are golf-carts and motorized scooters allowed?
A. Yes! We do allow golf-carts and motorized scooters on the streets throughout the resort, however, they are not allowed on the sidewalks, clubhouse or pool area.
Q. Do you have 50 amp hook-ups?
A. Yes! All of our sites come equipped with 30 and 50 amp plugs.
Q. How much is the cost of electricity?
A. Our Electric Rates start at $0.13 per KWH. After use of 321 KW’s the price per KW goes up.
Q. Can you accommodate a 40’ RV or larger?
A. Yes! We have sites up to 50’ in length that accept full slides.
Q. How do I get propane?
A. Please inquire at the Front Desk for the propane delivery schedule. We will provide you with the company’s number and a sign to put in your RV window.
Q. Are visitors allowed?
A. Yes! Guests are allowed two visitors per site. All visitors must register with the Office. Visitors (adult or child) must be accompanied by the paying guest at all times. If visitors are overnight guests they are subject to visitor fees. Inquire with our front desk about our fully-furnished luxurious apartment available for short term rental.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Q. What is included in your rates?
A. All 1,019 beautifully landscaped sites provide a concrete patio, asphalt drive-way and space for two vehicles. Our roads are paved and each site has 30 and 50 amp electric plugs, water, cable TV (up to 80 channels) connection and sewer hook-up. Wi FI access is also available at each site.
Q. Do you offer telephone lines at each site?
A. Each site is set up with a telephone line; you can contact our local provider, Verizon, to activate the line if you plan to stay with us 30 days or longer. Verizon (800) 483-4000 Verizon Online
Q. Are you within walking distance to restaurants and shopping?
A. Golden Village Palms is with-in a mile radius of: 4 Grocery stores including Target, Shopping Mall with Sears and JC Penny’s, Mailing centers, Medical centers, Movie Theatre, Community park with tennis courts, PetSmart and PETCO, Avis Car Rental, and over 20 restaurants including Chili’s and Applebee’s. Q. Do you rent RV’s?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Do you offer Wi Fi?
A. Tengo Internet is our Wi Fi provider and can be accessed instantly for a small fee. Tengo Internet
Q. Do you have a swimming pool?
A. Yes! We have three heated pools and spas. The pools are heated year round to approximately 86 degrees and the spas are heated year around to approximately 102 degrees.
Q. Can we have a Camp Fire?
A. The City of Hemet will not permit any open fires, however charcoal and gas grills are welcome.
Q. Do you have any tent sites?
A. Unfortunately we do not allow tent camping.
Q. How long can I stay?

Q. Do you have a dump station?
A. No, we don’t have a public dump station. The closest dump station is located at Menifee Ranch Storage, 30125 US Highway 74 Romoland CA, 92548 (951)926-6262.
Q. Are you near any casinos?
A. Yes! There are several casinos in our local area including: Morongo Casino, Pechanga Resort & Casino, and Soboba Casino.
Q. Are there scheduled bus trips to casinos and other points of interest?
A. Yes. Located in the Activity Office are several listings of bus trips and travel
opportunities.
Q. Do you hold a church service?
A. Yes! Every Sunday morning (November through March) at 8:00am there is a non-denominational service held in our Shuffleboard Pavilion. Our Front Desk also has information on additional services in the local area.
Q. Do you have a full-time Activity Director?
A. Yes. The Activity Office is staffed year round to assist our guests in getting involved with; social gatherings, games, live entertainment, and exercise programs.
Q. I have a favorite craft I would like to share, is this possible?
A. The Activity Office welcomes new ideas and will assist you with arranging a room and sign-up sheets.
Q. Living in our RV is quite an adjustment from our 5 bedroom home; do you have something to keep my husband out of my hair while I do some light house keeping?
A. You can sign him up to be a volunteer rig parker, the reservation desk can put him to work 4 hours a day. He would help new arrivals to their RV site.
Q. At home I belong to a local gym, what do you offer in your exercise program?
A. The Resort has a state of the art fitness center or you can attend an exercise class by our fully trained and licensed instructor. We also have volunteer run; water exercise programs, hiking and biking groups that go out weekly, not to mention sand and land volleyball.
Q. As a new guest to your Resort how would I get involved in the activities?
A. Upon your arrival you will receive a calendar of events for the current month and a newsletter. The Activity office lobby is open 7 days a week, with access to brochures, sign-up sheets and upcoming event posters. October through April a weekly welcome reception is hosted by the General Manager to help introduce you to our resort and fellow RVers. Activities Calendar
Q. Can your resort accommodate my RV group?
A. We have group rates starting with just 5 RV’s. All of our sites are full hook-up, 50 amp service with cable TV. The resort is equipped with a professional- quality kitchen and club rooms for your special events or just a day playing cards with your buddies. During your stay you can have, billiards tournaments, putting contests, shuffleboard events in our world class facility. A full-time group coordinator can assist you in planning your outing; from referring entertainers to recommending caterers.
