Groups and Rallies

Golden Village Palms RV Resort is the premier destination for clubs, travel groups, and rallies. The resort offers discounted rates for groups as small as 5 to large rallies of 500, and is equipped with a professional kitchen, multiple club rooms, and a variety of outdoor recreation areas. The resort is staffed with a full time events coordinator to help plan your event.

Our “Wagon Master’s Guide to a Successful Group Outing” is a helpful book that gives you tips on everything from planning your daily schedule to names of caterers or masseuses to make your group event one of a kind.

Here are some keys to a successful stay:

• The wagon master is the point of contact with the Resort staff; please have the members go through the proper channels of communication, to avoid confusion.

• Room set-up and assignment is based on number of RVs with 2 people per RV.

• Resort staff will set-up tables and chairs for your convenience. Please provide a diagram for any special needs. Tables are 8’ long or 64” rounds depending on room assignment.

• The Resort has a full kitchen that is available for your group to use; this is a community kitchen and you may be working along side other groups. Please let the office staff know your needs at the time of your arrival. Refrigerator space needs to be reserved in advance. Complimentary ice is available for your group needs.

• If you are bringing supplies for your group outing, refrigerator, freezer and storage space is not available until the official start date of your outing.

• Your group is welcome to join resort activities; it is recommended you call and get a list of activities scheduled during your stay so they can be part of your agenda and we can plan on your participation. Please take advantage of our full-time Events Coordinator for assistance in planning outings or entertainment during your stay. Activity department 951-925-4123 ext. 2011

• Outside vendors must provide appropriate sales licenses and proof of insurance before providing services.

• All liquor sales must have the proper insurance and permits.

• Every Friday during October through May we serve breakfast in the “Palms Café”, located in the ballroom, from 8:00 am- 9:00 am. Menu varies weekly, check current Resort pricing.

• All early or late stay reservations are made directly with the resort and are at your group rate two days prior or after with advance reservation depending upon availability. We will do our best to keep you at your club site.

• In order to provide your group with a reasonable rate we do not accept other discount plans in conjunction with your group stay (Including, but not limited to Passport America).

• The resort has many amenities that are available to you as our guest. Please bring your swimming attire to enjoy our three beautiful pools and spas. Our state of the art Fitness Center is available for your groups use at no charge.

• Have some time on your own and want to golf? See the front desk for discounts to local courses.

All-inclusive with no taxes or additional fees, our group rates make budgeting your event as easy as possible. Just pick a date and you will receive a contract detailing your rates and deposit information.
