You're invited to Strength and Stretch class at Golden Village Palms!
This is a Functional weight training class, geared for all over body toning. It is designed for active older adults, but it can be as challenging or as modified as you want to make it. Plenty of options will be given! We will bring our heart rates up and focus on specific muscle groups. Hand weights will be used. 2-5 pound weights are recommended. Please bring your own weights if you have them. Some weights will be available if you do not.
Lower body toning will include simple squats and lunges. This class will end with deep stretches for improved range of motion and flexibility.
