This is a 50's themed event! Feel Free to dress the part!
This event will be held in the Grand Ballrom from 6PM-9PM
Music will be played by special guest DJ DL, and a meal will be prepared by our executive chef.
The Menu will include.
-Spring field greens with croutons and crumbled goat cheese. Raspberry vinaigrette
-Brioche rolls
-Beef Sirloin Tri tip Roast with Black pepper and Red wine.
-Chicken Breast forest Style. Mushrooms, Bell peppers, onions and Tomatoes with Thyme and White Wine.
-Aux Gratin Potatoes
-Steamed Broccoli and grape tomatoes with Shallot Butter.
-Dessert: Chocolate Cheese cake glazed with strawberries.
