How groups are set-up?

The Wagon Master organizes guest profiles and reservations in one of two ways:

- Guest Call-In: Guests call in to complete their profiles and make payments individually.
- Wagon Master Collection: The Wagon Master collects all necessary guest information and submits it for the team to input. Required information includes: first name, last name, address, email, phone number, and RV details (type, length, slides, year, brand).
