Can I reserve a specific RV site at Golden Village Palms?
We don't guarantee site numbers and we do not assign your site number until the day of arrival. We would be happy to make note of any requests you have on your reservation and will do our best to accommodate your request.

Does your resort have pull-through sites?
Golden Village Palms has a limited number of pull-through sites available and can accommodate 45-foot RVs. Due to their limited number, pull-through sites are not available for monthly or extended stays.

Are all RV sites in Golden Village Palms full hook-up sites?
Get every amenity of home available within your RV. All RV sites at Golden Village Palms have a full hook-up featuring water, sewer, 50/30 amp electric, and cable TV. All stays 14 nights and longer are subject to metered electric charges.

Who owns the land?
The resort owns the land. You own your home and lease the land from the resort.

Are there property taxes?
No, you do not pay any property taxes.

Is financing available to purchase a getaway home?
Yes, there are financing options available to you. Please don't hesitate to ask me about these options.

What are tiny home big living cottages?
The Tiny Home Big Living cottages are homes constructed with the same level of quality and standards as a conventional house. They offer a choice of floor plans that you can customize according to your preferences, such as selecting finishing options like cabinetry, paint colors, and flooring.

How close is Golden Village Palms to grocery stores and shopping centers?
There are several grocery stores within a few miles, such as Target, Walmart, Ralphs, and more. Most of the shopping is within a 15 to 20 minute drive.

Are you pet friendly?
Golden Village Palms is a pet-friendly RV resort with treats, two dog parks, and dog-friendly events. To maintain harmony in a continuously growing community, we currently allow only two manageable pets per site.

Does it cost extra to use the amenities?
No, the pools, fitness facilities, pickleball courts and other amenities are all included!
