Nightly - Deposit
Arrival more than three days: 1 night + tax. Arrival within three days or less: 100% of stay.
Nightly - Cancellation
If the reservation is cancelled more than 3 days before arrival, a fee of $25 will be charged. 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee if the reservation is cancelled within 3 days before arrival (after 12 pm)
Weekly - Deposit
Arrival more than seven days: 25% of stay. Arrival seven days or less: 100% of stay.
Weekly - Cancellation
If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, a fee of $25 will be charged. 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days before arrival (after 12 pm).
Monthly - Deposit
We will collect a $250 deposit for monthly stays.

If the reservation is cancelled 14 days before arrival, a fee of $25 will be charged. 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days before arrival (after 12 pm).

Cottage check-in is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
