Destinee up front desk was so quick I was in to check and was able up rest really quick. Thats whats customer service should be like. No waiting

I recently stayed at Golden Village Palms with my family and we had such a great experience! The property was clean, peaceful, and really well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I especially want to appreciate Destiny young at the front desk she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment since we arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her positive attitude really stood out. So happy with has although we were exhausted she made us feel welcome. They have very nice rv lots, an amazing pool area, and well maintained vegetation.

Golden Village is the best-kept secret in Hemet! It is beautiful all around and kept clean with the best staff ever! I enjoyed my 7-month stay, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Kudos to all of you! Thanks so much! Don't hesitate to experience RVing at the greatest place to spend the night or a year in So Cal!

We stayed here for the Winter Wonderland RV Rally. We were with the Dolphin group. It was delightful! The staff led by Ron took great care of us. Katie was excellent, checking in with us to make sure we were well taken care of. The facility was awesome, with pools, spa, shuffle board courts, and more! The winter wonderland was so much fun, with lights, Santa, hot chocolate, savory appetizers and sweet desserts.

We were so amazingly surprised at the Golden Village Palms Winter Wonderland. There were several groups camping and they had all decorated their camping spots. Thursday was Christmas Karaoke, Friday was Christmas Tree lighting, horse drawn carriage rides, hot cocoa and treats. Saturday entertainment was Bruno and the Hooligans topped off Sunday with breakfast. Ron and his most friendly staff made the event so memorable. We were met by security at the gate with bright smile and welcome. Next Charles welcomed our dog with a dog treat and big smile. All the employees were very gracias and inviting. Looking forward to attending more events!
