We were here for 4 months and could not speak highly enough about the wonderful management and staff. Everyone worked together to make sure every patron was happy, busy, and having fun! We used the billiard Room, game rooms, and pool regularly and grew to have many friends that we hope to see again. We also attended many concerts and dinners that were so well managed, nothing was left to chance. Well Done! We will be be back!

The hotel was decent for a quick stay; the room was clean, but the decor felt a bit outdated. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfy, but I was hoping for a bit more in terms of amenities.

I booked on advise from a friend, booked a cottage for 6 months. Golden Village is paradise. Grounds are immaculate, safe to walk any time, night or day. Lots of activities, pickle-ball, sand and water volleyball, shuffleboard, aqua boot camp, yoga, fitness centre, crafts, library, karaoke night (some really good talent) and more. Christmas and New Year's celebrations and many wonderful tribute bands. Several golf courses near by. Ron, Frankie, Robert, Marina and ALL the staff made me feel special, everyone is very friendly and helpful. So many wonderful memories , thank you! Golden Village is my "happy place".

We have been here many times. This resort is super clean has FANTASTIC amenities and they have some of the greatest customer service around. I changed my reservation a few times due to illness and Juan made us accommodations every time. When we arrived the AC was not working in our unit so they had it checked out and we had to be moved but that was the best part! They gave us an upgrade and we spent the night having fun with family and friends at the Cinco de Mayo party. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and quick to solve our problem. We will be back for future events. Thank you Golden Village Palms Staff.

PERFECT LOCATION ! We hosted a marriage retreat and everything was top notch! The food was fantastic, the grounds & facility were beautiful, the activities were a blast, the housing was absolutely perfect, but the staff was THE BEST! We were all treated like royalty. We will absolutely come back to have our West Coast Marriage Camp here again!

The RV park was great. Very clean, quiet, and in a great location. The pools, spas, pickleball courts were easily accessible and super clean.

This is my second stay at Golden Village and I will be staying here again on my next visit. Accommodations are private and comfortable. The park itself is wonderful, so quiet and well kept. Check in and check out are easy and everything went smoothly.

Hello, my experience here is not over yet. But the moment you go through the gates from your security guard, Jay and all the wonderful staff, the office. The gardeners , everyone management are absolutely top of the pick. I am here recovering since February and your staff has been better than my immediate family. I couldn't have asked for a better place. My brother is also impressed and now he's going to be here for the 4th of July weekend, because he was so impressed with the property being so clean friendly staff. 27 of us spent four days here. We were all amazed at the impecable customer service that we received. Every detail was tended to and ALL of the staff were available and involved in making our stay perfect! Facilities are top notch, very clean, and convenient. We cannot say enough about this wonderful RV Resort and the entire staff who are ALL great at what they do. We will be back again!
